- Acceptance of original/internal documentation for us to input
- Multiple media input (e.g. E-mail with or without file attachments, fax, post, ASCII file transfer/import)
- File transfer from MJL HR or other HR systems
- Management and application of Student Loans, SSP, SMP, SAP, SPP, Court Orders and other legislative responsibilities.
- Starter and leaver calculations with P45 management
- Direct dealing with third parties (e.g. Revenue, DSS, Pension Administrators)
- Answering of employee queries through your designated co-ordinator
- Automatic processing of all regular additions/deductions (enabling input by exception only)
- Client specified management reporting in alternative formats (e.g. Built Data Base, CSV file, Hard Copy)
- On screen pay history interrogation
- Preview runs
- Web Archiving of Payroll output for 7 years
- Output delivered via PDF Files
- Self-Service Electronic Payslips; any employee may view or print their payslip via an internet connection to our secure website, relieving you of requests for copies of payslips for Building Societies etc.
